Mikron Tool, thanks to its high level of expertise in machining difficult and very hard-to-machine materials, will expand and continue to ensure technical support for NS TOOL customers. Thanks to Mikron Tool's wide sales network, direct technical support can now be guaranteed from the West Coast to the East Coast.
Wide product portfolio for mold & die and automotive
The product portfolio of NS TOOL includes high quality solid carbide tools with a focus on endmills for the mold & die and automotive industry with diameters starting from .0004" (0.01 mm) for micro machining up to .984" (25.0 mm) with many intermediate diameters. NS TOOL offers perfect solutions for the material groups H1/H2 as hardened steel up to 70 HRC. In addition, in their product spectrum there are also special designed tool families for aluminum, copper and resin. They have more than 10,000 products available from stock but also special tools are a strength.
